Energy certificate

All properties offered for sale or rent, or advertised for such purposes, must have an energy efficiency certificate as from 1st June 2013.

In the real estate agency L'agence and property management Administraciones Gadina S.L. we are dedicated to the realization of energy certifications and certificates of habitability on the island of Mallorca.

On the 5th of April, the Council of Ministers of the Spanish Government approved the Royal Decree 235/2013 approving the basic procedure for the certification of the energy efficiency of buildings.

The certification process culminates in the issuance of an energy performance certificate and the assignment of an energy label. This label is used to compare the energy consumption of different buildings.
